Creative Journaling
Mon. Feb. 9 - March 16 2026 4 - 6 pm MST $250
This fun, self-reflective class allows people to overcome challenges, achieve writing goals, and forge new pathways.
In this eight-week class, participants will begin and maintain a daily journaling practice. During class, students will explore free association, narrative, and self-reflective writing, as well as montage. A regular journaling practice increases clarity, releases emotional blockages and inspires new thought. Structured creative work will be facilitated through the use of in-class prompts, writing exercises, templates, and reflection and goal-setting time.
Journaling provides significant benefits for mental and physical well-being, including reducing stress, improving emotional regulation, and boosting memory and cognitive function. It can also help with changing habits, improving sleep, and increasing self-awareness, according to Intermountain Health.
The only outside homework will be keeping a journal practice and montaging.

We all have a story to tell — what’s yours? This course is focused on assisting the early stages of the writing process. Following the advice of “write what you know,” students will outline and then complete a rough draft of a story that is inside and waiting to emerge.
Whether it be poetry, short articles, fiction, non-fiction, memoir, children’s stories, screenplay or exploratory journaling — all genres are welcome.
A smaller class (capped at six students) will allow for individual feedback and accountability.
Keeping a journal and establishing a self-determined writing schedule will be required for the duration of the course.
This course is recommended for anyone 18 years or older wanting to develop or flex their writing muscle.
Finding Your Magic
Mon. Jan. 5 - 26 2026 11 am - 12 pm MST $250
During this four-week class, we will experiment with angel cards, meditation, tarot cards, totem animal visualizations, creative sketching, journaling, tea leaf reading, talking to spirit and vision boarding. The only outside homework will be keeping a journal. Students will have access to a 5 minute meditation each week.
In-class exercises will teach ways to develop deeper listening and self-trust. When we realize that we have the power to guide our lives, confidence and imagination emerges.
